Positive: As advertised. Meticulously clean with very comfortable mattress and nice linens.
Toiletries and towels provided
Outside area with grill and picnic table was so cute Central heating was adequate
Fully stocked kitchen with tableware and pots and pans.
City water hook up, not camper tank water !
Warm pan of home made brownies waiting for us at our arrival!
Quiet peaceful setting - will be back.
Negative: Not good cell service for ATT phones, which is not owners fault
